Thanks to our twenty four -year history, the school ranks among the oldest and largest private schools in the Czech Republic.
Over the years our branches of study have been tailored to the requirements and needs of our applicants. For hotel and gastronomical services we train our students in the following branches: Hotel Management, Tourism, Gastronomy, Pastry Chef, Restaurant Services. We try hard to prepare our students for work in the Czech Republic as well as in other countries in the European Union.
We provide education not only to pupils of the ninth class of basic schools, but we also offer external forms of studies to people, who already work in the field of gastronomy or in other branches.
The main aim of the management and the staff is to provide high quality education in accordance with approved teaching materials and the latest knowledge of educational development in the world. We would like to create a friendly atmosphere of cooperation between students and teachers. We also want to respect our students‘ personalities and their self confidence. We support their creativity, interests and all-round activities. We lead the students to develop positive attitudes towards other people and the world as well as encouraging healthy lifestyles.
For vocational subjects, foreign languages and information technology classes are divided into two groups. We take an individual approach with our students. We also work with children who suffer from dyslexia and other disorders.
Practical classes are organized at carefully chosen hotels and restaurants, which have been tested by years of cooperation with our school and can guarantee a high quality training for future experts in the field of gastronomy.
