Roman Burian - Gastro Junior Pardubice 2007

In September 2007 Roman Burian gained the golden diploma in the waiter discipline in a regional round of the Gastro Junior contest in Pardubice.

In March 2008 Roman gained the silver diploma in the waiter discipline in the Gastro Junior contest Brno - Nowaco.

Dominika Kučerová - Gastro Junior Pardubice 2007

In September 2007 Dominika Kučerová gained the golden diploma in the confectioner discipline in a regional round of the Gastro Junior contest in Pardubice.

Her product - a chocolate roll with light curd cream on piquant sauce from the forest fruits with a delicious vanilla ice-cream in a crispy bienex cracker with a caramel pall.

In March 2008 Dominika gained the golden diploma in the confectioner discipline in the Gastro Junior Brno contest- Nowaco Cup.

Martin Fišer - Gastro Junior Pardubice 2007

In September 2007 Martin Fišer gained the golden diploma in the cook discipline in a regional round of the Gastro Junior contest in Pardubice.

His product – baked pikeperch with lime crust served with jasmine rice on vegetable bed decorated with shrimp skewer and piquant red curry sauce.

In March 2008 Martin gained the golden diploma in the cook discipline in the Gastro Junior Brno contest- Nowaco Cup.

During the year the students take part in various excursions in interesting enterprises, exhibitions and contests not only as visitors but also as participants.
