Business is a unique extension study programme aimed for the graduates of all three-year professional study programmes. Also the students in their last (third) year may apply for this programme.

Professional fulfilment
By achieving the certificate the graduates are offered many possibilities and opportunities in gastronomy but also gain perfect qualification for running their own restaurants, cafés and other gastronomic businesses. The graduates are also qualified.
Organisation
U tohoto oboru si můžete vybrat ze dvou variant docházky do školy:
- 2x měsičně, vždy v pátek od 12:25 do 19:05 a následující sobotu od 8:00 do 14:40. (výuka probíhá v liché kalendářní týdny )
nebo
- každou středu od 14:00 do 18:50
Education
- No mathematics education takes place and there is only one foreign language, that makes this programme unique compared to the other study programme.
- The studies are focused on quality preparation for the graduation exam, which means that we prefer the graduation subjects; the practical part is more focused on economics.
- We apply individual approach to each student - uvědomujeme si náročnost a specifika studia při zaměstnání
- Theoretical education takes place in highly modern classrooms.
- Education is realised in accordance with the school educational programme.
Admittance Conditions:
- Entrance examinations are not held!
- The condition to be met is subscription of the application form.
- Together with the application form the student has to subscribe a legally confirmed copy of their previous education document.
